Reports - Attendance

Get more details about how well your group bookings are being attended. Compare the number of pets checked in/out with the no shows.

Your account's reports are split between several different pages: Dashboard, Revenue Sources, Tips, Taxes, Attendance, and Credits. In this guide we will explore the information available on the Attendance page.

Note that all reports pages can be accessed by clicking/hovering your mouse over the Reports icon in the left-hand menu bar, then selecting an option from the submenu.


Adjusting the Displayed Date Range

The date range for displayed booking data is fully customizable, allowing you to see information specific to any desired set of dates. The controls for managing the displayed bookings are found at the top-right of the page.

Selecting the calendar icon at the left-hand side of the controls opens a calendar that may be used to select a custom range of dates.

Selecting the option to the right of the calendar icon opens a drop-down with a variety of pre-set date ranges including Today, Last 7 Days, Last 4 Weeks, Last 3 Months, Last 12 Months, Month to Date, Quarter to Date, Year to Date, and All Time.

If your business has more than one facility set up on your account you will also be able to filter the attendance data by facility. Though the page defaults to display combined data for all facilities, selecting the facilities filter at the top of the page opens a drop-down with a list of all facilities. Choosing any facility from the list prompts the system to display data for just that facility.


Attendance Reports

Attendance reports give an overview of the registrations and attendance for all group bookings scheduled within the chosen date range. After choosing the date range you are interested, a list of group bookings from within that range will populate.

Each booking is listed with the service name listed at the top of its entry, followed by its scheduled date, start time, end time, price, primary provider, and associated facility. Clicking the service name opens the booking's information page.

Across from the booking's information, at the top right of the entry, are the overall values for the booking's attendance. This includes the number of pets that were checked into the booking, the number that were checked out, the number that were absent (no show, not checked in or out), and the total number of pets registered.

Beneath the general information are more in-depth details about the pets that were registered for the booking. Each pet is listed by name along with the name of the associated client, their payment status for the booking, the time of check-in, time of check-out, whether or not they self-booked, and the date/time of registration. Clicking any customer or pet's name opens their profile page.


Exporting Attendance Data

Should you wish to download a copy of the attendance data for your business, you can easily export the displayed data by clicking "Download" in the "Actions" button menu at the top of the page.

This will redirect you to the Data Exports page of your account and begin an Attendance Report export for your selected date range. Note that, depending on the number of bookings and registrations included in the export, this process can take some time to complete. The page will also need to be refreshed to show the completed status once the export is ready.

When the export is complete, click the "Download" button at the right side of its line entry to download a copy of the CSV file.
