Your account's reports are split between between several different pages: Dashboard, Revenue Sources, Tips, Taxes, Attendance, and Credits. In this guide we will explore the information available on the Dashboard.
Note that all reports pages can be accessed by clicking/hovering your mouse over the Reports icon in the left-hand menu bar, then selecting an option from the submenu.
Daily Values
An overview of daily values can be found at the top of your Reports Dashboard.
The left-hand side of this section includes a graph displaying payments processed each hour. The values for the current date are shown in pink while the values from yesterday's date are displayed in light grey.
Hover your mouse over any time on the graph to see the exact hourly values from yesterday and today's dates.
To the right-hand side of the graph you'll see some additional values. This includes the Gross Payment Volume, Unpaid Invoicing, and Outstanding Credits.

Selecting "View" for this value opens the Revenue Sources page. |
Unpaid Invoicing | The current sum total of outstanding invoice payments. This includes values remaining on all unpaid and partially paid invoices. Also displays the number of invoices included in that total.
Selecting "View" for this value opens the "Unpaid" tab of the Invoices Index. |

The Credit Report page is accessed by selecting "View" for the Outstanding Credits value in the Daily Values section of the Reports Dashboard.
It can also be accessed by selecting "Credits" after hovering your mouse over the Reports icon in the left-hand menu bar.
This page includes two sections: Service Credits and Cash Credits.
The Service Credits section includes a list of all available service credits across all customer profiles. The list is broken down by service name, with each service displaying with the number of associated available credits.
Selecting any service name opens a more detailed list showing the clients with available credits of that kind, along with how many available credits each customer has.
The Cash Credits section includes a list of all clients with available cash credits on their profile. Each customer is listed by name along with the total amount of available cash credit on their profile. Selecting any customer's name opens their Customer Profile page.
If you would like a full, detailed list of available credits, the Credits export includes information on all available customer credits at the time of export. For more information check out our guide on Exporting Data From BusyPaws.

Interpreting Your Data
Each set of data displayed on your activity page is listed in a similar format. At the top of a data set's card you'll see the data type followed by the overall value for the chosen date range. This may be a numerical value, a dollar value, or a percentage, depending on the type of information being communicated. To the right of the overall value is a percentage indicating the change in that value between the current range and the previous, equivalent range (i.e. this month vs. last month). The percentage will display green if the value has gone up (i.e. a positive change) or yellow if the value has gone down (a negative change).
Beneath the overall and comparative values is a line graph depicting how the value has changed over the course of the selected date range. Data for the current date range is shown in pink. Data from the previous, equivalent date range is shown on the same graph in light grey.
Hover your mouse over the graph at any point to get the value for a specific date/time within the range, as well as a comparative value from the previous range.
