By default all transactional messaging through your BusyPaws account is limited to specific clients or bookings. This includes your automated confirmations and reminders, invoices, and manually sent messages.
If you would like to send a message to your entire client list or set up any marketing-type messages to go out to large groups of your customers, you can choose to enable email campaigns on your account. These campaigns allow you to send messages, whether one time or on a pre-set schedule, to segments of your client list or even your entire client list all at once.
Email campaigns are available only for Solo, Team, and Business level plans. They are not available for Free Trials or Starter level subscriptions. To change your subscription level, head to the Billing page of your BusyPaws account.
