Analytics Integrations

Use tracking IDs to integrate Google and/or Meta analytics functionality for your client-facing pages.

Many businesses use Google Analytics and/or Facebook marketing tools to track how new clients find them and how successful their different marketing strategies have been. The available third-party integrations through your BusyPaws account allow you to use those tools on your client-facing pages to gain further insight into customer behaviour.


Setup Instructions

You will need to be logged into a user account with either Business Owner or Manager access level designation to be able to set up this integration. Once logged in, click the "Links/Integrations" icon in the left-hand menu bar.

This will take you to the management page for all of your account's client page links, BusyPaws integrations, and third-party integrations. The cards for your QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Webcams, and Analytics integrations can be found in the Third-Party Integrations section partway down this page. Locate the Analytics card.

This card includes fields for a Google Analytics Measurement ID, Google Tag Manager Container ID, and Facebook/Meta Pixel ID. Adding the relevant ID to any of the fields on this card will automatically insert the necessary code on your client-facing pages. With that code in place, you will be able to more easily track client actions as they interact with your Booking Portal and other customer pages on your BusyPaws account.

After adding an ID to any of the fields, be sure to click the "Update Analytics" button to save the entry and update your client pages.

After adding your tracking codes in the Analytics section you will be able to configure the tracking settings in your Google/Meta accounts.
