How can I require a phone number from all my clients?

The best way to ensure all of your clients provide a phone number when self-booking is by creating an intake form with the Phone Number field included and set as Required. When you then assign that form to your services clients will need to fill any of its required fields to complete the self-booking process.

Intake forms assigned to your services can be as simple or complex as you need them to be. We recommend including at least the Pet Name field (to ensure clients provide the name of their pet in booking) however the rest is up to you!

Though some of your services may require clients to provide more information it is important to note that the more questions you include and the more complex those questions are the more likely customers will be to leave the self-booking process partway through. We recommend making forms as concise as possible so you get the information you need while still making self-booking as easy as possible for your clients.
