How and when is Campaign messaging charged?
On the 1st of every month, billing for the Campaign messaging usage of the previous month is charged. Usage is based on Campaign messages sent during the period.
What is a Campaign message?
It is a message initiated via an active Campaign. Only the first message within a thread is counted. Client replies and additional messages sent within the thread are not included.
Pricing Tiers
Pricing for campaign messages is tier and usage based, each tier is charged separately and consecutively. For example, should the current period have enough campaign messages to reach Tier 3 Pricing, you will be charged for Tiers 1, 2 and 3 inclusive.
