Product Sales History

Track your product sales to ensure clients are getting the items they have ordered. Easily check which items were sold to who and when.

As you begin selling products through your BusyPaws account, you may find yourself looking for an easy way to track those sales. Though you can use your Invoices export to get information on all invoices generated within a chosen time frame, your Retail Sales page can provide you with insight specific to product sales.

To get to your Retail Sales page, first select the Retail Sales/Inventory icon in the left-hand menu bar on any page of your BusyPaws account.

By default, this page defaults to the Inventory tab. Click the "Retail Sales" tab to see your product sales information.

The Retail Sales page displays a list of all product sales made through your account. Each sale is listed with the associated invoice number, customer name, product(s) sold, quantity, info on whether the sale was part of a package or add-on, and the date and time at which the invoice was generated. Click any invoice number to open its information page, or select a customer's name to open their profile page.

This page does not include any information on the payment status for orders.

Use the Client and/or Product filters at the top of the page to search for specific sales.

By default, the sales list is sorted by the date and time at which invoices were generated. Click any of the blue column headers to adjust the sorting criteria. When default sorting is in place all headers will display normally. If a specific header has been selected to sort the list, the chosen header will have a small arrow icon next to it. Select the same header again to change the order from descending to ascending (or vice versa).
