Use the exception calendar feature to block off times where your clients can't book your services online. To use this feature useful for holidays & time off. You can block off time by User, by Location or by Service.

1. From the main calendar page, select "Block Time"

2. Click on "Block Time/Date" in the top right navigation.

3. Create a calendar exception and block off a time slot when you are not available. You can specify which locations and services you would like to block off.

Note: You can automatically block off your availability in Google Calendar using our Two-Way Google Calendar integration.

4. You're done!

Once you have set off which time slots are not available - your online booking will not show these dates as bookable to the public.

Note: You can still book in clients during these times internally when you are logged in as an admin.
