Report cards can be completed and sent to your clients from the information pages of your bookings. If you are on a specific booking and do not see the option to fill a report card there are a couple of possible reasons.
1. No report card templates available
Before you can begin completing report cards for your clients you will need to create at least one template. Report card templates control which fields are on the report, making it easy for you to quickly add the information you need to.
If you have not yet created a report card template, you can do so from the Report Cards page of your account. The full process is outlined in detail in our Report Cards help guide.
2. No pets registered for the booking
Report cards are linked to pet profiles. As a result, if there is no pet registered for a booking you will not be able to fill a report card for it.
This issue comes up most often for manually scheduled individual service bookings. If the booking page lists only the client's name and shows no pet that means no pet was selected when your team scheduled the booking. You can assign a pet by editing the booking and choosing from the pets linked to the registered client. Once you have added a pet you will be able to complete a report card for them.
To add pets to a group service booking simply click the "Add Clients/Pets" button found at the top of the booking's information page. Use the search bar to find the pet(s) you wish to add, then confirm your choice(s). You will then be able to complete report cards for the registered pet(s).
